Mr Pal has over five decades of senior level industry experience in multinational companies like Hindustan Lever (now HUL) and Cadbury's (now Mondelez India). After working for over 35 years, for Cadbury's, including as Managing Director for 14 years, he became Non-Executive Chairman of the Board and retired in 2015.

He was a member of the Board in United Breweries, Aptech Ltd and Shriram Pistons Ltd for over a decade.

Mr Pal is a past President of Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry and was also the National President of Franchising Association of India.

Rohit is the Global CEO of Infiiloom, an India (Pune) based, wholly owned global sales, marketing, manufacturing & distribution enterprise in the legwear space. Leading the expansion and growth story for over 20 years, Rohit sets and evolves the strategic direction for the company. His insight in international markets is guiding Infiiloom’s presence and growth in The US, Europe, The UK and GCC regions.

Rohit’s inherent sensibilities and eye for detail drew him to setting up the company early on, as a JV with an Italian enterprise, Intersocks SRL in 1998, starting operations with just 30 knitting machines.

In 2002, he led the company to a joint venture with Renfro Corporation, USA, renaming the company as Renfro India. Under this partnership of over 15 years and his guidance, the company went on to become India’s largest legwear manufacturers.

Rohit has held numerous roles during his association with Renfro Corporation including being a member of their global leadership team and Senior VP for Japan, Asia and Europe, setting presence and driving business for Renfro Corporation in these growing markets.

Driven by his vision and long term ambition of continued growth and establishing independent business, the family moved to acquire complete ownership of the company and control over its future, renaming it to Infiiloom India in 2018.

Over the years, Rohit has passionately led the company’s growth from 30 knitting machines to today housing 2600 latest Lonati machines running across three state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities spread over 100,000 square metres area in Pune, Nashik & Nellore.

Rohit is also a member of CII (Confederation of Indian Industries) western chapter and a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization), Pune chapter. Rohit holds a Master degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Clarkson University, USA. While business takes away major chunk of his time, Rohit enjoys cricket, listening to music and spending quality time with family over weekends.

Widely regarded as one of India’s most astute dealmakers, Ashok Wadhwa is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Ambit.

Ashok founded Ambit in 1997, and alongside Ambit, he co-founded RSM & Co., a tax advisory firm. He built RSM into a world-class Indian consulting house over a decade, merging with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2007. Before founding Ambit, Ashok was Managing Partner at Arthur Andersen in Mumbai.

In 2000, Ashok, along with Gary Wendt, former Chairman & CEO of GE Capital Corporation, launched the India Value Fund, a USD 180 Million premier private equity investment fund, which currently manages assets over USD 1 bn.

He is very active in industry forums and has served as President of Bombay Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Member, Managing Committee, FICCI and Member, Managing Committee, Young Presidents’ Organization. He is currently a member of ASSOCHAM and the CII Economic Affairs Council.

A Chartered Accountant and a Law Graduate by qualification, Ashok is the recipient of several awards, including the Priyadarshini Academy award for Outstanding Contribution in Financial Management.

Mr. Ashwini Kakkar is an Entrepreneur who was the Chairman of Via.com, the Executive Vice Chairman of Mercury Travels Ltd. and continues as Chairman of Ambit Corporation & Ambit Capital. He has been involved in the fight against hunger for many years. He has been the President of Action Against Hunger in India since its beginning in 2012. Ashwini was recently elected as the International President of Action Against Hunger Network, in October 2021 to galvanize and lead the global movement towards ending hunger. He is a Mechanical Engineer with a Postgraduate from IIM Kolkata (PGDM Finance), MBA from INSEAD France, a Law Education from the Government Law College Mumbai, has a Diploma in French and has completed the IRDA regulatory Insurance exams. After working for three Multinational Corporations: Otis Elevators, Philips and GE, across geographies, he was invited to join the worldwide board of Foreign Exchange and Travel Major at Thomas Cook. Since then, he has served on many boards in India, including Alliance Capital, DICGC (RBI), Prudential, Nitin Lifesciences, Europ Assistance India, Jai Medica, Indiva Marketing, Fanuc India, Himalayan Exploration etc. He is also on the global boards of US-based Dot Travel, Action Against Hunger, and NASDAQ listed Recipharm in Sweden. He is an Angel investor and mentor to many startups across businesses. A past president of Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chairman of World Travel and Tourism Council, a distinguished fellow of the Institute of Directors London, Kakkar was knighted by the French Government (President Jacques Chirac), in 2006, with the “Chevalier De L’Ordre Merite” (Equivalent to Padma Vibhushan).

Under Mr. Handa’s leadership, Pfizer India became one of India’s top ten pharmaceutical companies. He steered Pfizer India towards becoming the first MNC to enter the branded generics market. Mr. Handa’s experience spans across domains like Finance, Commercial, Strategy, Business Development, Merger & Acquisition, Banking & Corporate Affairs. Workplace diversity is a key focus area for Mr. Handa. He has driven various teams to hire and retain women colleagues in management and, most notably, in sales positions - which was a first of its kind initiative in the Indian pharmaceutical industry. These initiatives have become case studies and were showcased at a ministerial roundtable held in Turkey.

He was awarded the ‘India CFO 2004 – Excellence in Finance in an MNC’ by International Market – Assessment Group, the Bharat Shiromani Award in 2007 and the Pharma Leaders - Pharma Professional of the year 2010.

De' Louis Hurwits was born in Amsterdam on the 4th September, 1945. After high school in 1962, he went to Hogere Textiel School in Enschede, and graduated as a textile engineer in 1966.

His first engagement (1967-1972) was to set up a liaison office in Yugoslavia to produce garments for Dutch garment makers, who were already struggling with labour costs in the Netherlands and thus had their garments cut and sewn in low labour cost regions like Yugoslavia using their patterns, fabrics, and all accessories. He then switched to work as an agent & trader for many international fabric and yarn manufacturers supplying the Yugoslavia garment and knitwear industry with fashionable quality products (1972-1979). This job created in Hurwits a desire to transform raw materials into nice final products and inspired him to look for opportunities. This led to the setup of Hurwits SRL in Trieste, East of Italy on November 6, 1979 where he started making simple sports & casual socks.

In 1994, the business moved to the province of Belluno, Northern Italy and Hurwits incorporated his company into Intersocks. Intersocks, in Italy has grown steadily specializing in the field of high technical sport and sporty socks supplying to many well-known brands and specialized retail groups across 60 countries. It has a distribution division of different products and brands, Crocs being the most well-known one.

Mr. Radhakrishnan B. Menon is an Independent Director on the Board of Fullerton, India. He has a wide range of experience and accomplishments in Human Resources with best-in-class global organisations such as GE, Cadbury, Bausch & Lomb, and Hindustan Unilever. He led the HR function in strategic and leadership roles across diverse businesses, categories, cultures, and geographies.

In September 2007, he founded LBW (Leadership in Business Worldwide) Consulting Pvt. Ltd., a distinctive Leadership Development consulting firm. Prior to this, he was the Executive Director - HR & Corporate Communications for Cadbury Indian Subcontinent. Since 2007, he continues to serve on the Board of Cadbury and later as an Independent Director with Mondelez India. He has also served on the Boards of a number of other reputed organisations.

Presently, as the MD of LBW, he continues to actively consult, coach, and advise various and diverse organisations in OD, Strategic HR, and Leadership Development across India and overseas in the Middle East, UK, Far East and South Asian countries. He is a Postgraduate in Human Resources Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) of the International Coach Federation (ICF). He has co-authored the book ‘Coaching in Asia-the First Decade’.

Health

The well-being of our employees and the larger community we operate in, is central to our operations at Infiiloom. Over the last year, we have actioned various COVID care initiatives for our people and society at large. Ventilator aid was extended at leading COVID-19 treatment centres across Pune along with an organization wide vaccination drive towards creating a safer & healthier workplace.
Infiiloom is also actively associated with Transplants 'Help The Poor' Foundation which focuses on providing assistance & financial support to the economically weak sections of our society with life saving organ transplants.

The annual Pratima Pal Scholarship is designed to support, promote and encourage the educational goals of children of our employees across our various plants and office locations. The scholarship amount provides fee support for students from Class 5 right up to IIT/IIM/Medical/PhD aspirants. Since our inception in 2018, we have awarded scholarships to 25+ students who are currently excelling in their respective fields of study.

Livelihood

Livelihood

Many by-products of our manufacturing operations, such as linkage rings produced after the seaming process, are not discarded but instead utilised to create income opportunities in the local community. We work with several SHGs which impart skill and training to women to make handicraft items like paper bags. Linkage rings form the handle for these bags giving them strength and durability. We have donated over lakhs of rings, which have helped thousands of women earn a livelihood.
