“Our strategic focus in the coming years will be expansion of the socks business in both international and domestic markets and I believe that the next leap of growth will come from building on our already increasing presence in the U S market.

The major anchors for this growth will be deeper understanding of customer needs, related design and fashion trends and our competitive value propositions along with basics of consistent high quality and good service levels. We are building a high performance organization to move forward in this direction and we greatly value strong focus on goals and objectives, hard and smart work and team play.

Many by-products of our manufacturing operations, such as linkage rings produced after the seaming process, are not discarded but instead utilised to create income opportunities in the local community. We work with several SHGs which impart skill and training to women to make handicraft items like paper bags. Linkage rings form the handle for these bags giving them strength and durability. We have donated over lakhs of rings, which have helped thousands of women earn a livelihood.
